Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for most new and unused items.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

• All original hardware and accessories must be included

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect:​

• Special order or custom-made parts

• Installed, modified, or damaged parts

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at:

• Photos of the item and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the problem through replacement, exchange, or refund.

Return Process

To request a return:

1. Email with your order information

2. Wait for return authorization instructions

3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Non-Returnable Circumstances

Returns will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

• The customer changed their mind

• The vehicle was sold before installation

• The customer no longer needs the part

• Delays in the customer’s project timeline
